Diamond saber- can i use without a computer?

Do I understand correctly that it comes with 10 preset color/sound/gesture combos?  (And is there a way to verify that sun rider destiny color is in there)...  we don’t have a computer right now- if it has the main colors from the site, my son would be out of his mind ecstatic for christmas

Couldn’t decide between colors so thought this would be great..  just wanted to make sure we could use it as is for now...

But I would add if you want a specific color line SRD or would probably be best to make that your main color when ordering.

You will be able to cycle through the preset fonts on the Saber without a computer. And yes SRD is programmed on Diamond

You can get any US color on a Diamond saber.

Someone who has a new Diamond saber will have to confirm, but the one I got (on the old firmware) had 10 sound fonts loaded:

1. Default Obsidian font- customer color choice. This is what they program in based on your choices you picked when buying.
2. Blackstar font- Sentinel Yellow blade color
3. Sith font- Blazing Red blade color (sounds are darker)
4. Ancient Saber font- Fire Orange blade color (sounds like original BSG to me)
5. Episode 1 font- Guardian blue blade color (sound quality is lower than Obsidian in my opinion)
6. Episode 2 font- Arctic blue blade color
7. Episode 4 font- Sunriders Destiny blade color
8  Episode 5 font- Violet Amethyst blade color
9. Episode 6 font- Consular green blade color
10. Muted(no sound)- same color as 1, or adegan silver (varies)

Only thing you can't do with a computer is update the firmware (but it should be updated if you're getting a new one at this point) or change the fonts, but you'll already have a lot of options.

Now, if you have a FRIEND with a computer...
