THIS! The sole reason I even found out about UltraSabers was my quest for this... By the way, it's supposed to be roughly 25cm long and 3cm wide, making the initiate (with a longer blade) the closest if you're gonna try and modify something.  Even just the slider switch itself would be awesome on any saber... Ok, that's three people expressing specific interest. How many 100s more do we need to get it done? |

Maybe US could offer up more sneak peaks or at the *very least* give hints about what is coming down the pipeline?
I'm not usually one to bring up "the other guys" but they've been showing some new designs with a ballpark for when they'll be released, it's generating a lot of interest.

I have no idea if anyone has suggested this yet feel free to correct me if they have. But i would love to see UltraSabers make a stand/rack system for their sabers. I think this could be a good step forward as many saber fans might not have the time or tools and skill to make their own storage solution. Most the stands/racks currently available for purchase, and designed for sabers are limited to a maximum of 3 or 4 sabers, Any more than that and the only real options are fishing rod/pool cue stands and racks.

The issue with sword racks as has been pointed out to me by others here is the possibility of warping the blade as the saber is only supported in two places. Ideally you would want four supports one near the pommel of the hilt one just below the emitter and another at the middle of the blade with a final one at the tip. Making a rack or stand in this manner would i believe alleviate the stresses put on the blade by its own weight and the weight of the hilt. |

Yellow Forum color avaible on request premium color cost plus a 5$ requisition charge( found under parts and suplies.) Also check out the yellow Legion in the ultrasabers galleries. Now that's out of the way. I'm still voting for d-rings, more actavation box styles and the option to add them on sabers and finally a mace windu theamed saber would be amazing. |
