The best way I've found to release anger IRL is splitting wood. Works great. You can channel as much anger into the chops as you want, and then just keep destroying, because there always seems to be more wood to split. Also you're doing something useful at the same time. |

Splitting wood would be an awesome way to vent, get a workout and do something useful, but I have no fireplace. |
