I have no idea what that means. Basically, I've been singing all my life, and though I have never had a voice lesson, I have a pretty good voice.
Let me rephrase that: Are you a tenor? baritone? bass? bass-baritone? |

Have a violin, never learned how to play it. I played the bassoon also did percussion and a minimal amount of piano.
On that note: Tell Kath I haven't forgotten about the video from the Ophelia lecture recital. It's still sitting on my phone until I have enough time to deal with the Upload
That was pretty much my motivation. I had my grandfather's violin and wanted to use it........................there was also a really cute girl that played cello.   I also still have a mandolin that I need to learn. But lately I've been feeling a strung inclination to pick up drums. Only problems are 1) splitting my focus (hard for the AD/HD afflicted) and 2) supreme lack of funds, space, and time to get a set to practice on. I'm musically inclined instrumentally from my dad's side, and vocally from mom's. I would like to know what kind of singing voice I have(besides awful).
Singing is the most rudimentary of human musical talent. If you can carry a tune, you have hope. I find harmonizing to be the hard part. |

I have been told my voice is the kind that "fills in the cracks" in an ensemble. :-) My range is Baritone, but when I'm really on, in shape and warmed up I can get up into the tenor range and down into the bass range, but not WAY down or crazy-high. I think the part is actually called "Tenor Rubusto" but its really a high baritone.
Love singing. :-) And since I have relative perfect pitch I tune and harmonize very well.
There's a reason I was a music major... LOL

I have that kind of range as well, but I fall in that area where some notes are just impossible to hit. Like those that aren't quite tenor or baritone. |

Same, and then I get to low notes that only highly trained voices can hit and then have to jump octaves, or run out of air trying to maintain volume without a mic. GRRRR |

Sure. I still have a passing interest in sabers but I won’t be spending anything on them anytime soon. I’m not as into Stat Wars as I used to be but I certainly won’t miss any movies. I’ll probably try to watch the new clone wars season as well. And I want to read Revan. |
