Hi All,

My son dropped his saber on our driveway, and it looks like one of the wires popped out of the speaker. It looks like the speaker is heat-sealed. Does anyone have a link to documentation?

Thank you in advance.

Shoot an email to Ultrasabers. They may be able to help fix it and not kill your warranty

The speaker is only press fit into the holder. I usually stick a small Allen wrench in there careful to align it on a solid part of the speaker then place the other end on a hard surface and push down. Once the speaker is popped out that way the wire is easy to solder back on but you will need a new battery holder.
