Yeah, I'm sure something I want will hit a good DotD discount. I've currently got like 13 sabers on my written-in-a-notepad wishlist.

Guys I'm between a rock and a hard place on my entry... Do you think I should get a Overlord w/o sound, w/ quick disconnect, covertech clip, buckpuck with batteries only(I have 3 chargers) in DVA, OOOORRRRRR a phantom initiate v2 in SY for both, buckpuck w/just batteries, and covertech wheels and clips for both. Help I can't decide D:
V2's cannot have Buckpucks. Standard setup is all. |

It's fun to see everybody's entry and prize sabers. I have 15 sabers at the moment, but will be adding number 16 sometime this week, watching those DotD specials! |

Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I have had it happen both ways. Sometimes they wait so they can mail the entry and prize sabers together. EDIT* None of the sabers I want hit DotD this morning, very disappointing. |

The DotD will give you a discount on the price of the saber on sale, but as long as the total of your order (before shipping) is still above the minimum needed for the raffle ($250) and you meet all of the other requirements then buying a DotD saber will still make you eligible for the raffle.
I'm waiting to see what the next DotD sabers will be as well. if the next sabers on special aren't any of the ones I want then I'll have to wait for the next raffle to become available.

Thanks Brian, I shall wait until the 17th to see what comes up next. Been waiting a number of years to get an Ultrasaber. Worked a crap load of overtime on news years eve. So the purchase is justified to me. SWMO doesn't seem to think so for some reason  |

Like my initiate alot but given the opportunity to wield the overlord you're probably going to fall in love with the overall handling and simplified ergonomics of it! The overlords a 10 out of 10 in my book and I'm picky...don't get me wrong the v2 initiate staff is pretty sick looking and yes you'd have two sabers, but if you ever want to add sound you can't, and if you want to change emmiters you can't! So while it's your choice and feel free to disregard my opinions because they are just that, I would hate to see you limit your options.
