Once you've posted your review, just PM me your customer ID number and I'll add your points.  If you don't know your Customer ID number, an order number will do.

Reviews help your fellow members determine which saber is right for them and everyone has their own points of view.  So even if someone already did a review of your saber, you can post another one!  And yes, this offer is retroactive and applies to past reviews as well!

I need to add a little clarification here.  Reviews of products we no longer offer are not very helpful to customers deciding what saber to choose next.  We welcome those trips down memory lane, but Reward Points are given as a "Thank You" for helping your fellow enthusiasts make better decisionss.  In that spirit, there will be some added guidelines for reviews eligible for Reward Points:

1. The review must be of a product we currently offer in our store.

2.  The review must be of a non-modified Ultra Saber - showing a modified saber is not representative of the actual product one of our fans are going to receive.

3. Reviews of custom sabers I create for Obsidian Members are not eligible for Ultra Sabers Reward Points; the Order has its own method of rewarding operatives.

I would like to review the customer service at Ultrasabers. Their customer service is awesome to put it bluntly. They are excellent on answering questions and they are fantastic on helping you with whatever it is you need help with. They are very patient and outgoing. Ultrasabers definitely deserves props for all the hard work, consideration and patience that goes to each individual customer. Keep up the good work Ultrasabers  :)

Okay, now I need to snap some pics of my sabers and get to writing reviews now..Let's see, I've got the liberator, the wraith, the shock, and what did you guys call that black version of the redemption, again?

edit- Oh yeah, that one's the Oppressor. But I suppose I can review it, because the redemption is the same saber, only without the black colour. I'll just title the review "oppressor/redemption". And I've also got an original dominix and phantom as well- the PVC versions.

How long does this take to go into effect? I made a review and sent you a message but i haven't gotten a reply or the reward points yet. Thanks Ultra!

I should get on this as well. My only issue is the pics. My camera sucks(my fault for buying an El Cheapo) so it's difficult to get good quality pics.

ok so i didnt expect to get this saber first but i ordered the dominix v1 today and it should be here between march 1st and 7th so i will be reviewing it as my first saber and first review then when i order my initiate v2 le's then i will review on them so thats just my update on that and here is my question


If we do 2 separate reviews do we get points for both?

I hope no one's working on a War Glaive review... I so want first dibs on that one, mine will be here tomorrow!  It would be an honor to review sabers and a perk to have my opinions listened to and rewarded. Kewl idea Ultra!

the customer service is great at US. i find the shipping to canada is really fast and cheap. i will write back about the sabers i bought once i get my three out of 4 tomorrow morning and talk about the packing job done. so far i am impressed with what i have seen with the webite and the video's thats why i went with the website for these sabers and i will be telling my friends about this website and i plan on making more orders in the future. my son cant wait to see his saber tomorrow. keep up the wonderful work you guys do. :)

I'll be posting the review on my UltraFX Dark Shock--Blazing Red, this weekend!!! It's so freakin sweet!! I'm not sure, but I think this will be the first Dark Shock review!  8)

Hey im new too the US site and work, but so far loving it, i was wondering what t he bonus points actually are

They're points you can use to save money with Ultrasabers. You have to create an account on their website to earn them. 10 points = $1. So if you do a review and get 50 points, that equals $5 in savings. But the biggest benefit is when you buy somethin from them. You get points equal to the dollar amount you spend. Spend $200 and get 200 points, which would equal $20 in savings!! Hope I could help!  :)

lol awesome. I don't think I've seen one in VA. It will look awesome. Can't wait to see the review. I'm hoping to get a saber of my own soon and make a review. I'll need to figure out how to upload pics but I've seen some walkthroughs here so I should be okay.  ;D

yeah i need to look more into putting up the pictures as well. If i can do it with my laptops webcam right, I'll also do a video! ;D

I understand your confusion, as I know dates are written differently in Europe than in the States.

Okay, so there's no more extra points for reviews I guess now (because we are on the 6/11/2011 date now)  :-\ , my lazy ass couldn't get around to it........ ah well, my fault, not anybody else  ;)  (I must go make myself watch 60 straight hours of care bares as punishment) lol

Drats,  another missed opportunity.  I'll be waiting, watching, and planning for the next good deal to occur.   

I just recently purchased a Dark Standard Issue Battle Staff, a Liberator, a Dominix, and an Aeon.  First things first I am overall extremely impressed by the colour, the DSIBS is in green and it has a full colour from hilt to tip and I was ecstatic.  The liberator was in purple, but really the tip of the blade is red, the bottom is blue, and the middle is...well pink.  The dominix and Aeon are  blue and they are just as good as the green. Hilt wise, the DSIBS was more than I could have hoped for even though it was of the forementioned the worst, the Liberator is amazing it is nice and thin, light, and the concave grip blew me away.  And the Dominix/Aeon had a perfect choke point for easy dueling.

Now here is my biggest issue, the blade tips on three of the five  would come off whenever we would duel so now I have three sabers that must wait for new tips to arrive in 2 to 3 bussiness days.

But all around, i am very happy with my Ultrasabers.

This is a common occurrence. Use a good glue (I use Loctite epoxy) to glue the tip back on. I assume you must have lost your tips if you're waiting on new ones?
