It's beautiful imagery. And something about using the actual dialogue from the movies just makes it all the more poignant and emotional. Plus, I really like the animation style

Agreed, and I'd love to watch the movies redone in that animation style.

Glad I'm not the only one over the target age that digs these! The artstyle is slightly crude but I enjoy its energy.

I think the one frustration I've always had with Star Wars animated projects is that since I was a kid I've wanted a cartoon with the full original cast of characters. Maybe they could do something like 13 episode arcs that take place between each of the original trilogy movies. Then maybe one set after ROTJ which would give the audience the chance to see more of Luke in his prime.
