Hiii... I acknowledge, but to start I really just need to be in touch with someone from Ultra Sabers for order number #REDACTED that is MIA and was ordered April 26th. I realize this is well past your updated shipping times and I have not heard back from any of my numerous emails, just to get a status. A friend in my city ordered one 3 weeks ago and has already received it. I just want to hear back from Ultra sabers and I have no other way to communicate with them. Please help.
This is not a way to communicate with them. This is a place for owners of UltraSabers sabers to hang out and enjoy their hobby. The ONLY way to contact UltraSabers is by sending an email to
[email protected]. If that is what you have been doing, then I have nothing else to offer, but if you’ve been using a different email address, then that’s your problem.
