Let me just start off by saying the customer service with ultrasabers is AMAZING!!! I literally couldn’t be happier. I originally ordered a flush vented coupler then realized after watching reviews that I needed to get the adjustable coupler so everything could line up on my double bladed saber. I emailed Marlena, who deserves a raise or something because I bugged her almost every other day and she always responded very quickly and politely and helped me every time! Anyways she got my coupler switched to adjustable without any problems! I also forgot to put in my forum name in the comments, and even after I received the saber, she went in and put my name in for me so fingers cross that I win another amazing saber! Now that you all know how great the customer service is.... the saber.
WOW! I watched countless videos and they don’t do the saber justice! I only wish that I would’ve have gotten sound. It was better than I could’ve imagined! Beautiful design, and compared to the competition, at a good price. Thank you ultrasabers for all the help and an amazing product! I can’t wait to order from you again!
