I need to remove the switch from my saber which means I'll have to remove the glue, how do I reattach the switch afterwards? is there a glue applicator that has a long enough nozzle to reach down the barrel? or is it done a different way?

UltraSaber use hot glue so if you want, you can either a hot glue gun and re-apply it. Most of us use electrical tape and tape around the threads of the switch to press fit it back into the hilt. This makes for removing the switch quite easy but it stays in place otherwise.

The tape idea looks interesting, could you give me more information about that.

I don't know if the hot glue can reach all the way down to reach the switch.
