I almost got a PPK about 10 years ago but opted for a Sig P230 (.380). I still want a PPK, but just for the 007 cred, but I love my P230
I need a p230 or p232 too... I love those lines. |

Here's my Sig P230  Where's the mag release? Also...what year? That looks vintage. That's what PACKING means xD
Not sure how to take that. I need it to go under the kilt because a) my kilt belt is about 3.5" wide (too wide for any holster). And b) it just doesn't look good to wear a kilt with an untucked shirt, so impossible to conceal. |

Where's the mag release?
Also...what year? That looks vintage.
It's at the base of the grip. I'm not sure of the exact age, and apparently Sig serial numbers have nothing to do with the date of manufacture so you can't actually "decode" it. I do know they stopped making the P230 in 1996 (does that make it vintage?). The grips are aftermarket. I got them specifically to look classic/vintage. |

Ok. The grips were what I was paying attention to, but the metal also looked aged. According to what I found the P230 was designed in 1977.(.....such a great year.) |

I was more talking about small guns such as Walther PPK and Sig Sauer P230/232. But kilts too. I love mine. Although I can't wear it at work. I need a tactical one. |

I'm a nuclear decomissionning engineer and my employeers don't think our client could handle my kilt xD it's not that usual in France sadly. That's what "modern" kilts with pouches and stuff are called on french websites. Unless it's just because they only sell the 5.11 ones. Dunno. |

I know we're getting off topic, but are you natural born French or a transplant? 'Cause if you really wanted to, in the "modern" social climate, you could easily make an argument that it is part of your cultural heritage and that they can't keep you from expressing it.  |
