Awesome.  I just have one question.  What did you use for the ito wrap?  To me, it looks a bit like gold mylar, but if it's not, that's cool.

It's a cotton leather specifically designed for ito-wrapping.

What have you used on the switch ? is that one of Sedsti's caps ?

Yup, Sedsti's cap painted and weathered.
I may just start bulk ordering Sedsti's caps - they greatly improve the looks of stunts in my opinion.

It's funny, because my roommate randomly found a picture of this saber on imgur today and sent me the link since he thought it looked cool. I was just like, I know the guy that made it and he used one of my switch covers!  Cheesy

This saber is currently circling the net quite a bit, seems people are enjoying it!
Your switches really do improve the aesthetic of these stunt hilts in my opinion.

That is just awesome. Love the gold bands on the saber under all that weathering. It really adds to the mostly silver hilt.
