Title: Electrum Wind color Post by: KappaPiSigma on April 21, 2019, 01:25:19 PM hey everyone - I'm looking to buy my first Ultrasaber and decided on the Electrum Wind. But I can't decide which color to go with: DVA, FO, or SY. Any thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My concern with the DVA is that it changes color due to the batteries dying (at least based on the few posts I've seen).

The BuckPuck setup prevents that due to a different current regulation mechanism, especially in combination with a Li-Ion battery setup. It just cuts out once the batteries are too low - no colour change, dimming etc.
Regarding colours, DVA or VA would be my first thought for that saber. But the Yellow/Orange shades should look great on it as well!
