I got a similar email... on the 4th week after placing my order I sent a polite email asking about the "Processing" order status, and they responded saying that they cancelled my order "we are only able to accept payment for orders shipping to Mexico via PayPal", Why after 4 weeks?...interesting Customer Service. (also I checked on AMEX and the payment was accepted  ) At least I'm not the only one in this situation  UPDATE: US responded If/when I place my new order using PayPal, they offered to manage my new order so that it can get it shipped within 3-5 business days for sabers currently in stock... I hope, lets see +1 I was waiting to pass the 4th week, and received one of those emails... My order status is now "refunded", and now I'm planning on placing the order again, maybe adding another saber ...  |

I got that email today as well, and 2 hours later I received a sort of update from CS. He told me that my hilt is currently out of stock, and that he can go over options with me to get the order out quickly, or I can wait for the saber to come back in stock. So I replied asking what my options were, and if they had an ETA for the saber I ordered (which you can still order on the site, btw).
Not sure what I'm gonna do, I kinda had my heart set on the saber I ordered, anything else will just be settling and to be honest, a major disappointment.

d\ If you get an Emerald with sound, you might as well spend a few extra dollars and get the Diamond board. Seriously, look at the numbers. Having only the one physical interface and having light effects and sound effects integrated is a huge bonus for the small price difference. |
