Just figured I'd show you guys a pic of a basic circuit I threw together... it's not pretty and it's not permanent, just a result of some tinkering I did after buying solder and shrink wrap today.  See what happens when you wire wrong boys and girls, Stuff blows up!  jk Congrats on you first build (FINALLY ) I have a similar design in the works (well with out a sound bored). Hows the total length feel? I was thinking of going with a chock too but just wanted to see it without first. |

The length is pretty good, at least for me. I'm a single handed dueler (courtesy of fencing) so a shorter hilt feels natural. As for the covertec vs d ring... I hadn't really gotten that far yet! I still have plenty of work to do on the internals before I worry about stuff like that.
I will definitely keep you updated though.

Looks good, I like it! I'd hit it with some model paints for detail though, but that's just me. A little metallic gold scrolling on there would make that.  |

agreed i would accent the pommel with some studs ( check esty for them ) or make the pommel into a D ring. Drill side holes and custom shape a D- or O shaped ring.   |

you might want to consider removing some of the excess wire. it'll make it a TON easier to put it all inside the hilt. looks great. you have taken your first step into a larger world  |

I actually did get it working, had one of the speaker wires in the wrong spot. Unfortunately, it's on the fritz again (probably a loose wire somewhere, I'll have to check the setup again). I'll let you guys know when I have it up and running again! |

my clash sensor on my econo board stopped working, but the board is loose inside the hilt. I need to switch over to the Li-Ion setup on my own ,then i'll have somewhere to mount the board.
