Does anyone know of a way to fix some scratches in a lightsaber? I took my prophecy to school with me for costume day (pics of the costume will be coming later to the proper thread) and I must have bumped into something with it hanging off my belt...





I mean it's not the end of the world or anything, if I can't fix them I will just say I got the scratches in battle!  Wink

really isnt much yo can dosince its t-6 polished aluminum. Yuo can ue a dremel with a buffing attatchment to polish the scratches to hees not so noticeable

You would need to sand it down and then polish. Start with something coarse then go finer up to at least 600 grit (1000 would be better) and finish with the buffing wheel. Practise on a scrap bit of metal if you are worried about using coarse sandpaper

Oh man yeah knowing me i would completely screw up the entire saber... I will just go with the battle scars story. Haha!
