Sooooooo goddamned sick of workplace gossip.
Seriously, I don't give a flying kriff who may be sleeping with who (whether it's true or not), nor do I care what people do outside of work. What I care about is whether or not they do their job. That's it.
You're all adults, not fifth graders. Kriffing act like it. This is not Gossip Girl, and not a single goddamned one of you are pretty enough to be Blake Lively. Grow the kriff up. We have more important shell to worry about than people's personal lives. Leave that shell at home.
So glad I will be taking a vacation over Thanksgiving and getting away from this place for a week. People are starting to damage my calm with their bullshelltery.

Can't really relate to this. The bulk of my office woes stem from the fact that the plant manager at our southern facility makes tons more the I do despite being an imbecile of such a caliber that his stupidity literally causes me physical pain in the brain. I'm currently searching for a way to email him a bomb, end my woes and simultaneously become a hero to many. |

I work with 4 guys. 2 have wives that they don't care for, and don't talk about, and the other 2 are forever bachelor's bcuz they are afraid of commitment.....and ugly AF.. so relationship woes and crap like that, I don't here it..
What I do hear is whining, weaseling, backstabbing, lazy, whining and complaining.. that spit gets old.. man TF up yo! You don't wanna work, GTFO! My goodness, my ears bleed with the redundant bs

Yes it does actually. They are currently without a drafter, so I get the "privilege" of drawing all of their new prints. Even if they are perfect, he will invent shell to bitch about. That's classic plant manager BS, they are late in fabrication due to their own mismanagement so they hurry and find a fly sh#! mark wrong on a drawing so they can point blame to drafting/engineering. It can be so transparent sometimes but let me guess he is always trying to be the victim/hero. His stupid butt should already be hiring instead of leaning on you.

... just for academical politic reasons ... I really REALLY hate that ...
