If your supervisor tells you "Do not do that again" in a tone of voice that literally makes you freeze and look over your shoulder with a startled expression, do NOT proceed to toss another piece of delicate computer equipment across the stock room to your buddy the moment your supervisor starts to walk away to respond to one of you other idiot colleagues bungles. You will be written up again and be forced to work at the returns desk.
and yes I use customer interaction as a punishment.
