I've noticed some of the sabers don't have the recharge port option available but in the post with the features spreadsheet these sabers had that feature checked. Can anyone confirm the accuracy of this before I go bother Deep or Ultra?

Anyone know why the kill key option isnt available on some sabers with recharge ports (i.e The Guardian)?

Preemptive question here.

How close can the recharge port be to the switch?  Personally, I think I'd prefer as few things sticking out as possible.  Is it possible to get the port touching the switch?  Like mounted directly below it?  Or, if that's not an option, 180 degrees opposite of the switch?

The features spread sheet was created by a member of the forum and from time to time has to be updated.  I spoke with Deep and he stated that every saber that has a standard battery setup and the Archon V2 will not have a recharge port option.

Anyone know why the kill key option isnt available on some sabers with recharge ports (i.e The Guardian)?

Additional internal parts are needed for the kill key option.  Some sabers are pretty tight on space to begin so that might explain why the Guardian initially did not have the option at all and then was updated to include a non kill key option.

On my Manticore I requested the recharge port be placed directly below the switch.  It's not touching (I would imagine you wouldn't want to drill 2 holes that close together, the space in between would be kinda weak IMO), but it is real close.

As always if you want a definitive answer, your best bet is to email Ultrasabers.

Does anyone have recharge on the Liberator?  I would love to see where it would be located.

I recently ordered a Bellicose with a recharge port and the 0.2A slow charger and kill key. I live in the UK, what kind of adapter or power converter will I need to buy in order for the charger to be compatible with UK sockets?

Just the standard 240V to 120V adapter for North American devices.

I believe they said you can ask for it be located wherever you want.  They did a great job putting mine (and the covertech wheel) right where I asked them to.

Thanks very much, would this one be compatible?

Do you even need that?

My charger says input 100-240V 50/60hz.  I would think just a Euro plug adapter would work (assuming the UK uses 240v 50hz?).

If the charger can handle the 240V feed, then the less expensive option would certainly be the adapter. I didn't have a charger adapter to verify that. Thanks Slaxxor!

Thanks for all the help guys, I only need a plug adapter like this one then:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/US-UK-Plug-Travel-Adaptor/dp/B0006OFKNC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1354035846&sr=8-1

Apologies for all the questions, just don't want to risk damaging the charger or my saber when it arrives

Yes, the AC adapter will support that, according to Slaxxor's update.
