I meant each strike team has to be comprised of both marvel and dc members, mix their powers up to provide a solid team.

Well... The idea for the "Femm Fatale" team was to just have a solid females-only strike force with a balance between martial artists and metahuman powers.
I chose Raven for the DC-side and I know that may seem very random, but I did it because she would pair well with Rogue or Storm. Those three would make up the metahuman side of it. Black Canary and Black Widow would be another pairing I thought of since they are both very strong and as you said, would make for the worst night of your life
Huntress would be paired with Elektra since they are both sort of rebels in their own rights and both aren't exactly the strongest characters, but they would balance each other out quite nicely.
Oracle would be paired up with nobody since she is Oracle and would be best providing solid intel on enemies, like she always does.
Which leaves Spiderwoman who I actually want to change out for Invisible Woman because I personally don't care for Spiderwoman. Invisible Woman is arguably one of the most powerful female marvel characters and Cassandra Cain is one of the most powerful female DC characters, so pairing the two of them together would really give most criminals, if not all, a huge run for their money.
Put them all together and you get an extremely deadly fighting force
I'll have to think more on my other idea for a strike team though...
