I just got my newest saber from a mystery box and It came with the V4 obsidian sound board. so my problem is that it was supposed to have 8 fonts already on there but it didn't. and I downloaded the launcher and it says I cannot have more than 1 bank? so what do I do?

That sounds like it's a v3, not a v4. Double check your paperwork, and if your paperwork says it's a v4, then I'd send an email to [email protected].

Yeah I checked my saber came with the congratulations you're an owner of an v4 soundboard you have 8 fonts pre-installed. But when I check the launcher it says I have only 1 sound bank

Contact UltraSabers, as Landen said. Seems like the papers got mixed up. Sounds like a v3 saber to me as well.
