I can't say much about the battery set up. But if you want to have a red blade/blades at any point or your main color go with the tri cree red. I have a tri cree silver and white it is nice and bright it is hard to add any kind of red filter and get a bright red blade.

I do not have much to offer compared to the details others have but I can say I have one silver colored blade; I call it white. It takes away from the illusion of a saber for me. Seems to much like a flashlight. I still like the saber and appreciate it as it is but I personally would not select silver for a blade color.

I appreciate your comments. I, however, like the silver as a blade color. Ahsoka is a favorite of mine and if I can figure this whole battery set up I have an idea.

There's another option that might work for you then.
Order the saber in Tri-Silver and get a pair of thick-walled blades from TCSS (plus the tips and cellophane wrap)
Unlike discs or filters that go on the LED, when the blade is the filter, it does not dim as much and stays a vibrant color.
I have a thick and thin red from TCSS and a white single LED and the thick red looks great. The thin is ok, but not as vividly red.

That's a way you can get both options

That is an idea. I have a thick red from another company and white LED on my Diamonds, I might have to see what it looks like.

In the Dominicide video on the website, Emory specifically discourages using standard AAA setup in the Dominicide because it's powering both blades, so you'll get much shorter life.

Somehow, I missed this.

As part of my research, I have watched this video multiple times. Emory says they strongly recommended not getting Obsidian Lite because the LEDs and soundboard wouldn't give you long battery life. I am wanting a stunt. Which is why I am asking if anyone who has a stunt Dominicide could verify my thoughts.

Update. I tried using my other company thick red blade on my Diamond RGBW with white and it looked really pinkish.

However, if I am not mistaken, don't Li-ion setups with resistors just fade instead of cut out?
