So my mom paid for my saber with amazon pay, because of this she didn't receive an email about the order. She also didn't select the make account button, so I have no way of tracking my order, as everything on the help section of the website says to click on your profile when I didn't order with a profile. I know the order went through because I have the receipt and it says the order was made on amazon pay. is there a way to track my order? it has been almost 3 weeks since I ordered it and i just want to know when it will be here.

The receipt should have the order number on it. You could e-mail Ultrasabers  with that order number and request information.
