Got this on Tuesday and finally have a few minutes to post some pics. Some really fine looking V-day sabers you all have. Stunt Catalyst in VA w/ li-ion. This is everything I thought it would be. Sleek, elegant, very light and agile. The choke point is large and rounded, so it allows for excellent handling. It measures 12.75" from pommel to the top of that gorgeous crown emitter. It seems to have a unique LED unlike other US hilts that is built into the emitter. Overall 100% satisfied and as usual US provided there super fast turnaround. Get yourself one of these. I have it shown with my DVA Dark Savior. The colors look the same with my camera, but the VA gets more pinkish towards the tip and DVA stays a nice purple through the blade. Great looking Catalyst! I need to have a VA or DVA hilt in the arsenal. |

And a few more: My amp I mentioned with my saber:  And Phoebe likes them both, although I hate when she tries to dial in her eq settings for "her new sound", lol. I quite like the dark LE look, there's just something about it that really works for me. I agree with SFD, the Spectre pommel looks pretty sweet. Most importantly, however, I am super jealous of your Marshall. That is one awesome piece of tube-driven cool and the bits of wear give it so much character. Thanks for sharing! |

Thanks! I've had it for years. It got me kicked out of a band once. The other guitar player had a Fender Strat, going into a Boss Metal Zone into a Fender Cyber Twin amp and I had this and my 71 Les Paul. Not to brag, but it sounded good. And I got fired after the first gig I used it on, lol. It's a 2x12 combo running UK made Celestions, a Vintage 30 and a Greenback. I love this thing! It was my first "cool" rock amp, and I got it cheap when everyone wanted Mesa Boogie high gain sounds. |

Nice Marshall rig. My other hobby is collecting (occasionally) tube stereos and fixing them up. Love the glow and the power. Congrats on the v5. I'm liking the Apprentice/Sentinel v5 lineup.
It's a 2x12 combo running UK made Celestions, a Vintage 30 and a Greenback. I love this thing! It was my first "cool" rock amp, and I got it cheap when everyone wanted Mesa Boogie high gain sounds.
