I'm trying this week to use my cantina energy for cantina battles to get Lando shards Monday through Friday and using it to get mods on the weekends. It's really helping me Balance out and power up my toons, but I don't know of it will backfire in not getting Lando shards. I'm going to keep at it, though, because I like being able to boost toons that I'm using a lot in GW or my scoundrels before the credit heists.

Yay for my team that can beat level 85 Jedi teams that include Yoda, Barriss, and Lumi.
I currently have 2,600 GW tokens. I guess I missed a day so I just played through 24 nodes just now.

It's interesting, and not easy. And I think it will probably be pay to win real quick. There will probably be a great disparity between those who pay and those who don't. It's all PvP at the moment. If they ever introduce a story mode I'll probably go back to it to see how it is again.

Yeah, the new game isn't too bad, but I'm not as overly fond of it. I've already encountered a few that are probably paying to win. My SWGoH guild has created a guild over on the other game though. Speaking of my guild, we are really starting to progress on the Rancor Raid. We had 1 guy get completely through Phase 1 on his own with 1 team. Granted others were doing damage to Phase 1 as well, but it was overlap. On his screen he took the pigs from 100% to 0% with 1 of his teams. It kinda sucked because it made Phases 2 and 3 go really fast and I only got 1 team in on each and then had to throw the rest of my teams into the meat grinder on Phase 4, but eventually our top guys are going to back off. They agreed that once they've got 7* Han they will back off the top spots to allow others to get him maxed out. I'm at 49/85 to 6* myself, but others are working on 7* already. We're killing it pretty good on the AAT Raid too. We just started it last night and this morning we're already halfway through Phase 3. We're pretty sure that the next tank raid we start is gonna be a Heroic one. We've considered that Heroic Tank hasn't been nerfed at all, but we feel it's time to see where we are since we can now get the Normal tank down in less than 24 hours. All you training droid starved people should be happy since it's droid raid day.  |

I'm going to miss out on Vader shards. Dang!
I did unlock Wedge's x-wing, and even at 2 stars that thing packs a punch. It's really helping me progress and hold steady where I want to be in the fleet arena.
I went from 1* to 3* in tier 3 of the credit heist, today. I haven't tried the top tier, yet. None of my toons hit the yellow in health, which makes me glad that I'm making progress with my scoundrel squad. Speaking of which, I'm currently focusing on Fett's abilities right now.

That's definitely what you need to do! Gear is definitely the main thing in the game. It's takes a long time so it can be frustrating but that's what really improves the characters the most. Even at 7* & Level 85 - my Royal Guard was only a minor annoyance at Gear 8. At Gear 9 he could really do his job. Close to Gear 10 - when that happens he will be a nightmare for other teams! |
