Title: Help! Any Suggestions?!
Post by: Sithslayer63 on April 18, 2015, 09:40:19 PM
Hey everyone I'm not really familiar with all the fonts but I know I want something with a really deep throaty powerful growl that still sounds like a Classic lightsaber, any ideas?

Try the Coagulation font? Its very deep and throaty, and from what I remember, it sounds like an old light saber.

Hi.  I'm sure that there are lots of choices.  Do you have a v4 soundboard ?  If not, I think Emory was going to add the fonts for v3 users to download.  I like the Ancient Saber soundfont but most any dark Sithy font should be a good start.  Let us know what you find.  :)

well I have a V3 and I found a Luke ESB font and it was good but the sounds didn't link up that well ( there was a break between the hum and clash or motion) but I'm trying coagulation right now and hopefully its the one.

Coagulation and Ancient Saber would be a cool mix up actually. Ancient Saber power on/off, Coagulation hum and lockup, and whatever else

Interesting. Have you tried it? I would, but my computer wont download the ancient saber font for some odd reason.

I've had download issues too, but the one I'd actually recommend would be the kit fisto font you can find in the user submitted sound fonts thread. Surprisingly deep and aggressive, I actually use it on my flamberge sometimes, my current font is a modified and smoothed out version of the pong krell font mixed with the vader font.

My autocorrect changed vader to badger.
