Just bought new saber, blade not fitting into hilt?

Hi guys! I just finally got my aeon LE v5 yesterday.
It was amazing and I was practicing with it when I noticed that it was shaky in the hilt. It didn’t come with a retention screw so that was my original thought.
I took the blade out, and the plastic inside got messed up, as well as the blade not going back inside the hilt now.
I’m dreading the idea that it’s broken already and I don’t know what to do.

Nothing’s stopping it, which is the weird part. Where before, it would slide in and stay there, now, when putting it in, it just slides in and out! Is it because there’s no retention screw? It didn’t come with one...

Then it just sounds like you need a screw sorry it can't without one.

Email [email protected] with your order no. for a replacement screw. Seems like it got lost, either during building or in transit. I'm pretty sure, she can help you with that.

Although it's weird that they forget a screw...all sabers normally come ready for use, with the blade attached.
