Basically Netflix only makes money from Subscriptions which they then use to either fund new shows (like Dark Crystal) or pay for older shows and films. They fund shows in the hope it will generate more subs. When the subs stay the same or go down..they start cutting shows and films. In this case Dark Crystal was a very expensive show to make....but Netflix recently lost a good chunk of subs (numbers vary on reports) because of an...incident that I will not mention. So.....the axe it gets.

I just spent 5 days in the hospital and found out I have to have back surgery next week if I want to walk again. If 2020 gets any more 2020'ed up, I'm out.

I don't know that I'd chose any. I don't know that there is a year that has been "the best year of my life" or anything like that. There has been great things in all of them, as well as not so great things. There are things that I can do now that I couldn't do in other years, etc. I'd rather just keep going and see where it takes me. |
