Ultrasabers is once again giving away a ridiculous numbers of premium, high quality, feature loaded sabers!  We are closing out the Fall with yet another raffle.  I'm sure the winners of the last Autumn raffle can atest to the awesomeness of getting your name pulled and getting that free saber in the mail!  This raffle will only last 10 days and it ends on Wednesday, November 20th, 2013.  What that means is if you enter you will have MUCH less competition than our normal raffles that typically last 2-3 weeks.  Higher odds of winning :-)  Which is always good.  Enjoy!  Not to mention we DOUBLED the number of sabers we're giving away!  Which means even HIGHER odds of winning.

Thanks Deep for actually making me reconsider my PS4 purchase,  I seriously may need to cancel or sell my preorder just to get in on this, I was already looking to buy a consular for my XMAS gift, but now it may be an early birthday present!

The only thing I didn't get was the recharge port.  I wanted to, but the saber was already way more than I wanted to spend so I had to sacrifice.

At the end of the day they don't have to give anything away full stop.

I drive a 2012 Mustang that I pay for (including insurance) in addition to all the other bills that adults have to deal with, and I still have nine US sabers in my collection.

Love Ultrasabers and their work, great stuff, and enjoy the fact that they have these raffles! 

It would be nice to have a give-away like that, but US is a business, and as such they need to generate income. In order to keep on designing and manufacturing current and new sabers, they need to generate money. These raffles with the $250 limits ensure that they will (hopefully) bring in more income than they will give out in prizes, and maybe get some new people hooked. As I am sure you are aware, the lightsaber business isn't very large so they have to make of it what they can.

  Nothing in life is free, but any bonus like this is nice.

Plus they give away discounts on brand new designs which they still need to recoup design and manufacturer cost...btw AZURE REAPER DoTD! Want free stuff to, but will gladly pay for great, long lasting products I want along with a chance to get a few freebies! Amy day of tge week I'll take that option... i just picked my first saber and have been waiting for just tge right time and saving...Consular ordered, w/o emerald driver but one can only hope for kuck to produce a shiny new manticore emerald staff over even a consular one. Merry XMAS! HopefullyIit gets here early in a box too large for just one, wink wink.

I know all about the bills and such... I'm having to figure out what comes out of this check and how much if any I'll have to spend to enter the raffle. I'm planning on getting my wife the Manticore for Christmas and want to order one for my nephew. His parents are having a rough patch and he really loved mine.

US is awesome to offer opportunities like this, I'm not gonna knock 'em for not giving away something for nothing.

Well exactly, its one hell of an incentive to make a purchase, I didn't enter the last raffle because I couldn't afford it, I'll enter this one as I was planning to get a Consular before xmas anyway and with the new emerald driver its all kind of fitted in nicely, holding off till Tuesday just in case it come up as a dotd ;) But aside from the raffles, since finding US a few months ago I have seen lots of sales/offers and there are always great dotd, and on top of all that they give reward points so there are always savings to be had, though so times I wish its wasn't quite so tempting :p

I'm so tempted to get a Dark Proph and the Raven. It's just that black Friday is just around the corner (then again that's after payday). Also looks like my Xbox One preorder has fallen through so even more tempting!

I wish that I could participate in any raffle. I'm hoping to do the christmas sale still. Would be nice to get something new.

Two of the ones I want are the Shock and/or Shock LE and it was the Dark Shock that went on sale instead, figures. :D

What kind of hilt, blade type, and blade color did you decide on?!

The raffle was mainly a big maintenance buy for me. I wanted to make an electro-staff style saber, so I got two pikes and and an initiate(to match my other one) as well as a coupler and blades. And since I can't resist ordering a grab bag, I picked up one of those, too. It's exciting not knowing what you're going to get.

I have created this account so I could try to win in this raffle...so, great idea!  You've earned a new customer. 

I am curious about the blade types, honestly.  I have decided to go with the UltraEdge Heavy Grade.  But, those can withstand a Boken? They must be very strong.  Would I still get a vivid color with them? 

The difference between the mid-grade and the heavy grade blades are negligible in terms of brightness. Side by side, the mid-grade IS brighter, but only by a little bit and alone it is hard to tell, both are still extremely bright

I don't think there'll be an issue. The heavy-grade blades are incredibly tough.

Can't wait to see your Grab Bag, prize, and saber electro staff. =] Should look awesome. Get you some 16 inch blades for that. :P

I've taken down tree branches, clashed at full strength, and beat them down on the ground to show my friends just how strong those heavy grade blades are! Mine have more scratches and gashes than Danny Trejo has wrinkles, and they're still going strong. Only problem is that sometimes the tip might fly off, but that can easily be fixed with Gorilla glue.

Sucks I'm gonna have to sit this one out... I tried to get some of my friends to consider it, so even if I don't enter, maybe a few friends will and will join the forums. Never know!

I made an order of over 300 dollars and completely missed this! I'm so disappointed. I'm new to Ultrasabers... Is there a reason why you need to use a coupon to enter? Where it really could just be an automatic entry upon a purchase of over 250 dollars?

If you have just made your purchase in the last few days then you should send an email to Emory Harris at [email protected] or [email protected] and tell him you forgot to add the coupon to be entered.  Also tell him your order number and your forum screen name.

Don't forget car mod costs can also creep up on you too  ;D

I'm trying to hold out a little longer after just spending big on another hobby of mine, but I'm not sure I'll be able to resist a Graflex CE as a DotD...

Nice Azean!  I'm looking forward to seeing some reviews on the emerald sabers!  Also, I'm giving you a point for letting me know that flush couplers can be put on the Archon, I didn't know that.  I immediately had to run, grab my Archon, get my Phantom staff black flush coupler and try it out.  The Archon looks really sweet with the coupler as the neck! :)

I love messing around with the emitters and pommels, the Archon and Manticore look great with each others emitter and pommel, I guess the other would be the Mantichon :p

Almost late but I managed to order a Guardian AB w/sound for the raffle ;D was supposed to get it with bellicose but surprised to see it out of stock. If I knew I would have get my guardian with the new emerald. Oh well I might still go for the Archon on emerald just waiting for some new discounts  ::)

awwww, I ordered a Scorpion with everything on the 13th, but at the time didn't know about the raffle :( just my luck.

I wasn't planning to buy my sabers so soon I was gonna hold off til Black Friday or Christmas but then my wife read the raffle and told me to jump on it. I kinda really hope I win something. I know it'll make my wife happy.

We're in the same boat. My wife doesn't know part of my order is for her so that might lessen the blow when she finds out in a month, but she wasn't really excited that the pair of sabers for my nephews jumped from $110 to $280 somehow. That's hard to explain, so I had to blame it on the grab bag I threw in.

You should be good to go. I got the "Final day for Raffle" email early early this morning.

You can place your order, until it becomes midnight, starting the 21st, based on Pacific Time. So when California officially goes from 11/20 to 11/21, the raffle is over. well i ordered and realized that i was going to be on vacation all next week..... so Emory asked if he should delay shipment or take me out of the raffle and mail early.... I was like NO WAY. I have 3 kids and they are salivating over ULTRA SABERS and if I get a chance to win 1 or 2 more it would make an exciting Christmas. I would love to win one of the 2 grand prizes but anyone who wins will be happy.

I would argue that this doesn't apply here.  The raffle is being held in another state (CA ?) and therefor not subject to TX law.  I could be wrong though.

The kind of raffle mentioned here is different and understandable to be made illegal under the circumstances given.  that law talks about raffles where people simply buy tickets and the company makes money at no expense.  For the raffle here purchase is required to enter the raffle and the company, Ultrasabers, is making a profit that they would have normally made.  Not what would be essentially donations. 


Ultrasabers recently moved to Texas.

I'm not going to argue the legality of them wanting to give away free stuff to happy customers.

I believe it would be held in CST because that is the time zone that Ultrasabers is in.  They used to be in PST but they recently moved to Texas.

Thanks Prowl, to be honest I've never been crazy about the Crimson Reaper, it has never been on my wish list.  But I wanted to get a saber that I thought would look good in PO, and it was on DotD.  What I've learned through my previous grab bag purchases and raffle prizes is sometimes once you get these things in your hands your entire perspective changes.  I'm hoping thats the case and I just fall in love with this thing, it has the potential to be very cool.

I agree, Prizes and grab bags are how I feel in love with the Bellicose, DSI, and the Dominix (so much so that I later bought a Phantom staff!)

It's amazing how much actually holding a hilt in your hands can alter your opinion of it.

See as much as I would be a jedi philosophically, I really like the more sithy sabers, my entry was a dark liberator in Fire Orange, and I have a Shock LE in RGB but I like the red the most

After meditating on the subject the force has revealed to me that you ordered two sabers, one of which is the dark shock

Finally! Someone else gets it! I thought I felt a presence that I have not felt in a long time...

Since this is my first raffle I'm not really familiar with the procedure.
I know people that get the higher end prizes get to pick out their selections so they're notified but what about the winners of random sabers? Do you get a notification or does a random saber show up on your doorstep?

The odds are nice but I tend to not get my hopes up, my luck tends to be crap.

Do they know that it's coming at all, or are the random winners surprised by a delivery they weren't expecting?

Luck and random chance are never on my side. I'm excited about the chance and have kids that would love one. I have one dominix v3 no sound saved for my son christmas. I order myself a scorpion in time for raffle. I still have 2 daughters left. So winning any of the sound sabers would be cool. Winning the grand or emerald prize will set me totally up for Christmas!

If you look at the thread called Autumn raffle winners it will tell you what happens.  There will be  a post called Autumn raffle 2 winners and the list will show who won what.  If your name is on the list, expect a package.

I was hoping if I won something there wouldn't be something dropped off on my porch when no one is home, but US seems a bit better than to risk someone having their stuff stolen. Some of the carriers around here leave packages on the porch even if a signature is required.

I had issues with Fed Ex stealing packages, they stole a Ultrasabers Scorpion. Long Story.... I didnt buy it from here but had it insured for enough to replace so I ordered from Ultrasabers this last time. Much better experience.

For this order for the raffle I was working with Emory and realized how they are shipping the raffle items. My new Scorpion was purchased and ready to ship by Monday this week. It had not been shipped. They were holding onto the orders until the Raffle and were going to send them out together. I am happy to wait a few extra days if it would mean a bonus! For now we are checking forums for winning list about every 3 minutes lol.

I am so stoked! First place and 2 channel emerald saber with sound!

Congrats to everyone that won. I wanna see what everyone gets, especially those Emerald sabers.
