Title: Wanted!!:FO vs PO, VA vs DVA Post by: Goldleader on November 25, 2011, 08:10:51 AM any pictures of fire orange, pyrestone orange, amethyst, or dark violet amethyst would be greatly appriciated! :o pictures that show as close as possible to what they appear in real life and/or from a distance!

http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=1634.0 (http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=1634.0) There are a few reviews of the various shades of VA, for instance here is a review done on the DVA color specifically: http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=2673.0 (http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=2673.0) Basically the Fire Orange is more of a deep amber (like a more true orange), whereas the Pyrestone is a red-orange color. Likewise, the Dark Violet Amethyst is just VA with more blue added, resulting in an indigo color. Their current mix for Violet Amethyst is a pretty good mix, a true "purple" shade. |
