I found a Cheap RGB LED. in fact the site has a lot of LEDS, I received mine today and they are pretty bright, once i get some pictures for it ill share them but i have to get some tools and wires first.

as far as the site goes, I've ordered from them on at least 5 seperate occations, each time my items came exactly as described and free shipping.
the only problem is that free shipping can take a long time to ship. also my order was waiting on the supplier so it took a little while longer then normal.
SO any one who was looking to play around with different LEDs check out this site. they an inexpensive way to practice and learn or just get a decent
I just wanted to share.
