Title: Guarded Switch Post by: Hiltops Of Glory on July 01, 2020, 01:13:34 PM I have a friend who runs a machine shop. He is going to indulge me and attempt to machine an entire saber. I'm trying my best to be as prepared as possible when I go to his shop with designs and measurements. Can anyone tell me what size of a whole will need to be drilled to insert a guarded switch? Your help will be much appreciated. Also, everyone wish me luck because if this works I might be spending a lot of time in his shop making hilts. Thanks- HOG

To press fit it as US does- For the Gaurded Switch - If you want to use the retaining nut; 1/2" bit - For a force fit; 7/16” bit. 11.5mm bits work well also |
