I placed my order several days ago, but my order still shows as processing, why, have emailed several times and no response and I need it before Xmas.🙁

I would recommend going to the website and engaging one of the customer service representatives on chat.  They should be able to look your order up and give you some idea as to what's happening with it.

Usually there's no one there over the weekend. Best way is to contact them via e-mail if you're not able to get anyone via live chat.

I think they’ve gone on there holidays early, still no reply by email and the chat option isn’t there at the moment, properly to stop us contacting them over this busy period, anyway the experience I have had with this, i will never order another one. And I’ve cancelled there mailing list the emails me every other day with deals, sorry Ultrasabers your support is shocking.

All is well, finally got a fedx tracking number.  I was just freaking out because it said not guaranteed for xmas.
