I agree completely. When a lower belt getting your first degree black seems like the pinnacle and it is- then you realize your journey is just beginning. Don't let that deter you however- its well worth it, and won't ever deduct from how much of an achievement attaining black belt is. It is just the next step in your martial art career

Sorry for the late reply, but congrats Blue!  We all had absolute faith in you, and sure enough you passed.  It's fitting that you went with the new Archon as your celebratory purchase, since the Archon V1 was your original hilt.
