Mmmmm so good. Kinda like a slightly drier brisket. Boiled until it fell off the bone, marinated it for 2 days then smoked for a hour. Smother in bbq sauce and dig in. It will clear your sinuses right up  |

Damn! That sounds incredible! It was pretty damn good. Pork is still better just because it's moister and more flavorful, but this is comparable to a lean brisket. |

Job turned the AC down to 65, geez it's cold here.
I never quite understood american obsession with AC. I remember once I went to Las Vegas. I got into my room and it was 58°F in there  (while it was slightly over 100°F outside) First thing I did was to set the temperature up to 75°F. Way too cold. They have a one track mind and stay focused with their tasks at hand. Most have a small heater underneath their desk with is against fire code and all sorts of safety violations.
And people are surprised that they end up using too much energy for the environment to follow... Mmmmm so good. Kinda like a slightly drier brisket. Last time I had venison we were roasting the whole deer on the spit (feeds a lot of people ) I personally much prefer lean meat to fatty meat.

A lot of people don't understand efficiency and what it takes to cool down a room let alone a large house. Most of the time, we have a fan running in our room and I'm fine with that at Texas gets really hot but I wear a tank and basketball shorts at home so I'm pretty comfortable. Same here. Horse is one of my favorite.
