OMG yes. Hard driving (NPI) beats, especially when it syncs with turns. It is a true zen experience. Plus it has a tendency to make one want to move. I highly recommend playing the Wipeout series on the PS consoles.  |

Music would be great. I usually spin to music. I don't always follow the rhythm but it can help. I was spinning to Bach this morning. It was very nice to just flow to melodies without drums for a change. I think I should pull out my shakuhachi records to spin to.
