Hi All, The best one is when you sleep on top of your arm and hand and they go numb during the night. You wake up and think you're Luke Skywalker as you can't feel your hand  But on a serious note maybe try sleeping with a pillow between your knees and upper legs, this prevents your joints getting misaligned. |

I've slept on a side and made that entire side numb just to wake up quickly and having my arm smack me in the chest which I can't feel so it felt like someone smacked me as I was waking up. Talk about waking up in a hurry
