Here's a link to pictures. Last year I gave my dad an Ini v2 with a pvc shroud, red button thumbscrews and a "clamp" made from a swivel bolt tube tie. I snatched it away for some upgrades.
I used one of the other guy's recharge ports in the old latching switch hole and then added a tcss momentary switch. I used sinktube which is slightly too big for Ini hilts, however I put a piece under for the switch area that tightened it up.
Replaced the two plastic screws with an anodized red 'button' screw and covertec. Vented the pommel, TCSS 1.15 chassis and speaker, other guys 2000mah 18500 battery. The board is one that while it only has 4 swings and 4 clashes, it can do rgb, I opted for rB/G/W, the board works on that 3.7v battery and is smaller than an SD card making it perfect for this sized hilt.
