Try the following:
1. Use a different USB cord - one that supports data transfer. Some cords are charging-only, those won't work!
2. Try a USB 2.0 port and/or a self-powered USB 2.0 hub! Win 10 can cause problems if the saber is connected to a USB 3.0 port.
3. Install the launcher as administrator (right-click on the setup.exe, choose "Run as Administrator"), run the Maintenance Tool if necessary (also as administrator) and run the launcher (also as administrator). Windows needs that in order to properly communicate with the saber.
