It is an awesome colour. Never seen it on a Dark Initiate or Dominix though..  Plans sound interesting.  And the costume sounds good.  |

Not really waiting for a saber, but just for a BR unit for my Manticore w/ silver FoC and QDs Decided to replace my current DVA unit with the BR one from time to time to make it even more Sithy. Already have the Sith font and the red AV switch on it, so BR just made sense...and with the FoC Spring Deal it saved me a couple of $$ EDIT: Stupid creature -.- I totally forgot my reward points that would have saved me a lot more $$...There's no way to apply them after the order was placed, right? |

Well, that didn' take long...
So we're goofing off last night, and my older daughter wants to give the saber a try. So I uncouple the staff and hand her one side. We clash a few times, but she's a smaller girl and the saber is bigger than she is comfortable with.
So I rummage in my bag and pull out the dark initiate. :-) She literally squeeled and started whipping it around like a true Jedi. (She's been practicing katana forms for a while now).
I put my staff back together and we're going at it, having fun, when my younger daughter comes outside. You know, the one who's never expressed an interest in having a saber. She takes a turn with the Initiate, and then wouldn't give it up. I separated my staff again and handed my older daughter half of it again and we were back at it.
Then the wife comes out. Swings the saber around. (You know, 'that... that... TOY!) Gets a real charge out of the sound FX. (I handed her mine, with the sound card)
Now the girls are all going at it, and me?
I'm watching. Smiling. But watching.
I really don't want to be watching.
So my second order is in. Three days after recieving my first!
On order: Silver Initiate V3, Violet Amethyst blade. Ordered a Catalyst pommel to go with it, to extend it slightly for two-handed use. Also ordered a couple of spare initiate blades (the 36" blades are just a bit long for a Phantom staff) and a coupler so we can put the two Initiate V3s together as a staff if we want.
That will give me four hilts and blades to go around, so we can keep everyone happy. For now...

ON the way! :-) My main fear now is that there will be a huge fight over the VA Initiate. That silver/violet combo is going to be attractive to all three of them. I would have gone ahead and ordered a complete staff in VA but I'm already over-budget. :-( |

I got it as a stunt saber. No money for sound unfortunately, but it is all good. I got it in DVA with an ultraedge blade.

Guys...i'm afraid I must say "OOOPS, I did it again" !
I was so happy with my Dominix received earlier this week...then I saw the new deals US is offering right now...I just placed an order for a nice Liberator V3, with sound in Consular Green !
Now the waits begin again ! 2 sabers with sounds in less than 15 days will be enough for this year ! wooooow happy I am !
