I'd say it's very relative about the response time for e-mails. I e-mailed them about 2 weeks, and got replies 2 days after. I e-mailed them again yesterday concerning an issue I had, and got a reply this morning. I have to say that I personally had an amazing customer service so far, and that I'm pleased to be doing business with UltraSabers.  |

It is possible that the response time changes depending on whether or not you already are working with a specific CSR as opposed to sending a mail to the generic boxes. Not sure though...

They are supposed to get the battery packs today (fingers crossed), and I'm checking the boards every 30 seconds to see if someone with grab-bags on order posts about receiving a shipping notice.
...I'm hopeless.

Was this your first e-mail to them? If so, then the wait is a bit longer as they are flooded with e-mails from the generic customer service box. You will be handled with a specific representative eventually, and from then, it'll be a breeze. Don't lose hope, as UltraSabers take very good care of their customers, but right now the response time is a bit longer, since they are bombarded with e-mails, requests, and orders. |

I won't believe this work of art is real til its in my hands, I cant wait Deep (that's Emory, the owner), posted this on another subforum: Here is the latest update, blog it, tweet it, post it, whatever. We expect to have these back in stock on THURSDAY. So long as customs doesn't give us anymore issues. But guys... it takes time to make these sabers. We have orders dating back to 12/27/2015 for lite sabers and sabers dating back to 01/13/2016 for basic stunt sabers. We anticipate that we can get through 3-5 days of orders per business day. I'm going to push for more. Trust me, I want these sabers made and shipped asap. But that is the latest update that I can give on these. Hopefully that inside bit of information helps. |

Oh it's REAL! I've been slowly collecting US for almost 3yrs and I keep coming back for more I hope things come together for you guys in the waiting struggle, I'm excited to hear what you think when you get your lightsaber in your hands I originally just ordered a Dark Apprentice in Guardian Blue but then I got so excited that I got a Phantom Initiate staff in blazing red. I'm so excited for both, and don't worry, I'll definitely be gushing and posting lots of pics Deep (that's Emory, the owner), posted this on another subforum:
