Hello,
I placed an order on May 15, 2020 for a mystery box detailed below from the receipt. I am unable to see the order in my order history, it simply isn't there. I would like some confirmation that the order was received other than the receipt and the money missing from my account. I understand there are delays, but it's just one Mystery Box so I figured it might be at least added to my profile already. I also sent an email on June 3, that detailed the same.

I'm going on 9 weeks with no update on 2 standard no sound sabers. Ordered on 4/19 there Facebook guy told me mid may they would ship my order and haven't heard anything since.

Posting my own recent wait(s) here to add to the pool of knowledge about where things are at by deduction:
May 4th order: 6 Lith-Ion battteries and a $75 Mystery Box
May 10th order: Savior with v4 Obsidian sound, no FOC, silver AV switch.
My May 10th order has since arrived end of May, I can't find my delivery confirmation e-mail for some reason, but I have it. The May 4th order, however is still in its processing state. I have sent an e-mail with the order number ten days ago and received no reply so far. I ordered the batteries for my other sabers from 8 years ago already (wow) it was time for new batteries. I have some mixed feelings about this particular order within this storm of events, but I remain patient and understanding, I can only imagine what an extremely large influx of orders followed by a shortage of supplies could be like. Idk I only have incessant babbling to include at this point, the facts about my orders have been presented.

Going on 4 weeks since I ordered my first saber. I sent an email asking about it; have yet to hear a response. Crazy thing is I’m about 3 or so hours out, so I could pick it up if I had a vehicle. Alas, I’m just here counting the days and waiting for a change from “processing”.

Well i orderd my very first saber on 5/8 ( dark sentinel v4 staff ) i sent an update request on 6/8 no response . So i sit here and wait and keep drawing the dam things...lol

Well today marks Week 4 for my Diamond Domincide and Friday marks Week 5 for my surprise order, which may not be a surprise for much longer.
I was kinda hoping to have these sabers by now since I am on vacation and could actually play with them. Oh well.

I ordered 2 mystery boxes on May 4th, hoping they'd get here in time for my son's Bday on June 15th.
Still processing. Looks like I'll be fairly empty handed for his birthday.
I don't get why they're doing other promotions, and I see their ads on FB CONSTANTLY if they're over a month behind.
