SO I had to change my 5/2 order since I was told that the Dominicide hilt would be another 10-12 weeks to get it in stock, so I lose a double blade but hopefully gain one of Revans hilts.

Am I reading this correctly? Because if that is the case I am done with this company.

As much as I'm all for being patient, if I was looking at a wait time that long, I'd probably throw in the towel and try to opt for a different hilt.   But, then again, things happen.   Who knows?

My wife and i decided to see if either of the other hilts we liked were in stock and would okay to change too them. She liked the dark savior and I like the emperors hand. We figured we could always order the other ones that are out of stock now later when things get better.

Hope it works out for you bud! Im still waiting to hear back on my order from may 14th i ordered a DarkApprenticeLEv5 with sound i wanted to go with a better hilt but i live in UK so P&P for a saber more expensive then the hilt itself lol.
I Ordered 2 MB's and loved them but that itch to get one with sound was to big to ignore so i ordered it like a week after i got my other 2 Tongue

Am I reading this correctly? Because if that is the case I am done with this company.

Some people who ordered the Fallen hilts with combat emitters are getting them sent with the standard emitter instead as a compromise.  Apparently the website should be showing both options and it's only showing the combat emitter - that's another case of the website not being updated correctly, more an IT issue than customer service.   As for me, honestly, the only reason I'm getting the one i want is because I was at the right place at the right time; someone who had ordered the black hilt swapped it for another color, and the rep who was helping me out was able to snag it before someone else did. Simply put, I got lucky.

I know....it's frustrating.   I would email them about switching emitters, though, and see what happens.

Woke up to a FedEx update....package redirect request is confirmed.   Although, honestly, it's within spitting distance of my house right now, LOL.  At this rate it'll be dropped off before noon.

I received an email yesterday from US! But it wasn't the one I wanted to see... Some automated message asking to reply if I have received my order...

I am 9 weeks into this process and not actual reply or confirmation for my order whatsoever. I have tried to be patient, but at this point I'm just frustrated and want my saber or money back.

Anyone have advice on what my next move should be? I need some help.

I'm assuming you had ordered the black version....that's the model that they run out of frequently and are waiting on more shipments of.  If you're not adamant on the color, you could email them ("ORDER #XXXXXX MODIFICATION REQUEST") and ask for maybe the crimson or azure models.  Or, ask about the emitter itself.  Maybe going with the standard emitter instead of the combat one is an option; a few people here have had luck with that.

I know email replies are hit and miss,, but my point is, you're not entirely out of options yet.  Let us know how you make out.

Update to the quote below...I heard back from Brent just now. He apologized for the delay in replying and said the order should be ready to ship in the next 1-2 biz days. Thank you Brent for the new hope....(i had to make the worst joke ever, sorry).


Ordered May 7th. I have received 2 replies from US about my order of Fallen and Apprentice LEV5.
Here's how it has gone so far...

Order May 7th.
**First email inquiry June 25th.
**First reply June 29th. Brent: Sorry about the delay, give me 1-2 days to look it up....
**July 2nd, follow up email sent after Brent does not reply in the time HE stated.
**July 6th - Brent replies on monday:
"I apologize for the massive inconvenience with your order. It appears as though we’ve ran into a temporary stock issue with your order however we are scheduled to receive a new batch of hilt later this week. Please allow me a few days to identify which hilts are coming in so I can try to get your order shipped ASAP, and again I apologize for the delay with getting your order shipped."
So now its let me see if I can get info for you about your hilt this week.
Whatever. They don't know what they have? Makes zero sense, but hey, times are weird, right?
**Monday July 13 still no reply. I have sent another email asking for an answer or I will reverse charges and cancel the order.

Here is my beef:
I have seen more updates from other customers on this board than I have seen directly from US. I am seeing people on here with Fallen orders placed WEEKS after mine that are getting their sabers delivered. How am I supposed to feel good about this? What the unprofessional heck is going on at US?

Great news.  One thing I'll say in Ultrasabers' favor, when they say "it should be ready to ship in 1-2 business days", they are following through on that, pretty much without fail.
