Yes, you'll find several of your fellow countrymen here as well. Several already held in high regard so fear not, it's not a detractor in the slightest. Got to love the international nature of this community. I agree it's an awesome place, and the original trilogy are what started the whole ball rolling... So love of that childhood joy motivates many. To each their own interpretations and favorite iterations of SW. I doubt we'll all come to blows over it, and if we did it'd just be a new type of SW IRL. Oh, the thought of "old gen" fans in an all out lightsaber civil war vs "new fans" just made my Sith side perk up and I laughed out loud! Thanks for prompting that thought you guys, and definitely welcome into the fold.

Welcome, like the others have said, there are plenty of other Frenchman here, as well as those who grew up with the Original Trilogy. I myself was lucky enough to grow up with both the Originals, and the Prequels. Do you have any sabers?

If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask them. Someone is sure to have the answer or be able to find it for you. There is a Search function as well that can be an extremely useful tool for answering all kinds of questions, but if you can't find what you're looking for with that, feel free to ask away.
