Obsidian v4 not connecting to launcher v2.89 Windows

Hello,
This is my first saber and I'm really confused.  I downloaded the most recent launcher and followed all the instructions given and my saber just won't connect. I have a newer windows 10 gaming laptop from cyberpc.
My saber is  Dark Standard Issue Battle Saber v3
W/: String Blade Sound: NEW Obsidian USB V4 with Chassis! Neopixel Blade Color: Neopixel String Blade Battery Configuration: Eizfan Li-Ion setup.

I'm at a loss and could really use some help please.
