First, you need to realize that this is not the place to ask questions; this is the place to attest that you have read the rules.  Next, you need to actually read the titles of the sub-forums, and find the one (or ones) that already exist for discussion of your topic.  Next, you should probably read the threads in those sub-forums and see if your topic has already been discussed, and if so, you should read and absorb the discussion so that you can figure out if your question has already been answered.
