Yea... I actually started this little project back before Obsidian came out, but it kept getting stalled because I had to get my Dad to do all the work (I dunno a thing about saudering LOL) and then we broke the lousy wires off of the econo speaker when we ripped it out of the Hasbro Obi. Well, sort of. Either way the speaker that was in there sucked so after raiding Orvac, Radioshack, and a couple other places for supplies I remembered I had a load of reward points and so I just caved and ordered myself a free speaker battery pack combo to make things easier. I can't wait to have the thing done, it'll be sweet to fight my friend's obsidian consular with this. The different sounds the two have will make things far more real than it ever was with one obsidian and a stunt or two MR's like we've fought before!  And I just got the UPS confirmation email! WOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!! Constance is as good as back in the fight! |

Yep, that's her. Constance, FO CE Prophecy. Soon to have Econo-Sound and a custom red switch. (AKA we bought the cheapest momentary switch we could find, which was red, and cut the guts out of the stock US guarded switch, then stuck the cheap one inside the guard. LOL looks great though) And my GB SI is Toepick. |

I'm actually being pretty patient about my first Saber.
It's an Aeon Limited Edition with Blazing red, and I chose 3-day shipping. I ordered yesterday, so it'll arrive either Monday or Tuesday, and I can totally wait. I waited MUCH longer for my DMC Yamato Replica from Trueswords, and 3 days is nothing compared to the couple weeks I had to wait for THAT.

3 day shipping starts after the saber is built, not from the day you order it. The order has to be processed, then it gets built, then shipped. You should get an email to confirm your order, then you get another email confirming it has been shipped. Just an FYI that some don't take in to account. |

i noticed a different checkout confirmation message. It said that due to high volume, orders sucessfully processed and received immediately hit the fabrication floor. Its crunch time for ultra and his crew this fall and winter season, and they have a reputation to uphold. Which is sterling as it is.

Just ordered an Archon V2 in Fire Orange. Got everything possible, Obsidian, Quick Disconnects, Li-Ion Battery with a Red AV Switch. Also ordered a Blazing Red LED so I can swap out the color. I plan on cosplaying a Sith Luke at this years Megacon, and this works perfectly. This is my first saber with Obsidian, and I'm excited to compare it to my MR Luke.
I'm trying to figure out what I should order with my $31 in Reward Points. I could order another MLS unit, but the only colors I don't already own are Adegan Silver and Sunrider's Destiny, neither of which sound appealing. Silver would be white, and I'm just not fond of SRD. I could order a different emitter, maybe a Dark Shock LE. Or, I could just save them until US christmas sale, and save some money on something else.
What do you think?
