 I'm so sorry this is your experience with Ultrasabers.  I know you have probably tried every email address and phone number at this point, so I won't suggest anything like that. All I can do is tell you stuff that you've already heard and most likely will upset you.  Stuff like, this is not normally how Ultrasabers is. It's the movie, holiday rush and raffle. The Coronavirus has shut off China. That is where leds and switches come from. They might have no stock and no answers on a resupply date.  They can't answer your question with information they don't have.

 I can also tell you, I would be upset too if I had gone that amount of time with no reply.  It doesn't help you any right now but, their sabers are worth the wait. You definitely have my sympathy.

I am patiently waiting for this mess to die down so Ultrasabers can get back to their typical speedy processing times I keep hearing so much about.
I definitely chose the wrong time to get the itch for lightsabers. I want to order more, but I really don't want to be in a long, long, LONG line of other orders that are just sitting there waiting to be processed.

They ran out of windowed emitters. The option will return when they get more from the machine shop.

I don't plan on buying another or even buying from their store until this dies down. My convertec clip and my blade plug can wait until their lead times go down.
