Hello! My order was on May 5th and it just came today. Wait times are between 6-8 weeks on average..... As for emailing.... Have you tried sending direct emails to their customer service representatives? I have several emails you could try.... However I will not openly post them due to I do not want to swamp their customer service team with emails out of order..... They lost their emails in May so if you haven't resent any emails in June then you should do so. Try Facebook, try calling. Notice all the sabers have an upgraded av switch.... Got lucky
I don't think it's luck, I'm pretty confident they are out of Guarded switches. The last...5? Sabers I've received from them all had AV switches but I didn't order the upgrade (not complaining, I love AV switches). We'll see if I get more evidence for my theory when my Scorpion arrives. I specifically didn't upgrade the switch to test this theory - |

Currently waiting for my Emerald driver Fallen and my kids ordered Initiate V2 and InitiateDarkV2LE! This will be my 3rd order with US but at 6 weeks tomorrow it'll be the longest wait. Hoping they are as nice as i've been hyping them up to be!

That might be a problem for me; I went with a guarded switch for my 20 year old's Manticore since it was the no cost option and I was trying to keep the bill from getting too out of hand. Then again, maybe it won't be a problem. We'll see; if i get into week 6 or 7 with nothing, I'm gonna shoot them a friendly email to see what the scoop is. |

That would be fine if they just went with the AV switch automatically, I'd have no problem with that at all. At any rate, I'm gonna take my own long-standing advice and not worry until it's time to worry.  |

Week 11 now...
i emailed US 3 times and all three times I got no response. Is there a specific way I should email them like a certain header or something?? I just want SOME info, I hate coming here and ranting lol! My friend ordered the same saber as me in may (i ordered mine in April) and already got it a week+ ago now.
I ordered the phantom initiative v4 staff (no sound). Is that one backed up?? Im only asking cause I dunno and lots of you seem somewhat knowledgeable lol.
i don't have a facebook but I'm about to make one if it ups my chances of getting a response.. haha

I am patiently awaiting for the mystery boxes for me and my new wife. Super excited to see what we get. We've enjoyed watching the unboxing videos so much that I thought it would be fun to purchase our first ultrasabers as an enigma. Hopefully the force guides the perfect sabers for us haha 😁!
